Job Summary: We are seeking an exceptional Executive Pastry Director to lead the pastry operations for our group. In this role, you will oversee multiple high-end establishments, ensuring the consistent quality and excellence of all pastry products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Pastry Operations: Oversee the production of all pastry products, ensuring consistency and excellence across all locations.
- Menu Development: Collaborate with Executive Chefs to develop and implement seasonal menu changes, ensuring innovative and delicious offerings.
- Team Leadership: Lead and train a talented pastry team, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge to deliver exceptional results.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular inventory and ensure proper stock levels, minimizing waste and managing food and labor costs efficiently.
- Customer Service: Provide outstanding service during special events and day-to-day operations, ensuring guest satisfaction.
- Quality Control: Ensure food quality and presentation meet company standards, implementing solutions to improve operations and enhance customer experience.
Requirements:
- Experience: At least 5 years of Pastry experience, with a proven track record of success in a similar role.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask and work independently or as part of a team.
