Job Title: Security Officer - Centre Protection

This role is crucial in ensuring the safety and security of our retail clients and their customers. As a Security Officer, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of security and customer service standards at all times.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct regular patrols of the centre to identify and mitigate potential security risks.
  • Respond promptly and effectively to all security incidents and events.
  • Provide excellent customer service and assist visitors to the centre as needed.
  • Manage incidents in accordance with company policies and procedures.
  • Liaise with the security manager to ensure effective communication and support.
  • Deal with emergencies, including fire and bomb scares, in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Monitor and report suspect individuals and incidents in line with company policies.
  • Assist third-party contractors and visitors in adhering to company procedures and policies.
  • Maintain accurate records and reference materials, including health and safety records and incident forms.
  • Report any security-related incidents to the security team leader or security manager.
  • Support the security manager with internal and external audits as required.
Requirements:
  • Front Line SIA licence is essential.
  • CCTV SIA licence is desirable.
Working Hours:

40 hours per week, with a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off.
