B2C Sales Representative

Chase Taylor Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced B2C Sales Representative to join their team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in direct sales and a passion for achieving results.
Job Summary:The B2C Sales Representative will be responsible for connecting with customers, building relationships, and securing business within the domestic market. The ideal candidate will have experience selling fenestration products and be able to utilize the company's sales strategy to meet monthly and annual KPIs and targets.
Key Responsibilities:- Connect with customers and build relationships to secure business within the domestic market
- Meet monthly and annual KPIs and targets
- Respond to sales enquiries generated by the company's website, phone, email, video call, and face-to-face interactions
- Provide quotations to customers based on their needs and budgets
- Follow up on all enquiries to ensure a positive customer experience
- Ensure the company's CRM database is up to date
- Experience in a B2C Sales position within the window and door industry
- Proven track record of hitting KPI targets
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and punctuality
- Sales-driven and forward-thinking
