Job Title: Chief Information Security Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chief Information Security Officer to join our team at Kuehne + Nagel AS. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our information assets.

About the Role

As the Chief Information Security Officer, you will be responsible for developing and implementing information security policies, procedures, and standards that align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements. You will also provide expert advice and guidance on information security matters to ensure that our organization remains compliant with relevant laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain information security policies, procedures, and standards in line with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance on information security matters to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Conduct regular security risk assessments and implement controls to mitigate identified risks.
  • Lead information security awareness and training programs for employees to ensure they understand their roles and responsibilities in maintaining information security.
  • Manage security incidents and respond to security breaches in accordance with established procedures.
  • Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, suppliers, and partners, to ensure information security is integrated into business operations.
Requirements
  • Proven experience in information security, with a strong understanding of industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and motivate others.
  • Ability to analyze complex information security issues and develop effective solutions.
  • Experience with information security frameworks, such as ISO 27001, and regulatory requirements, such as GDPR.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
