Project Controls Manager

At Turner & Townsend, we're passionate about delivering exceptional results for our clients. As a Project Controls Manager, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the successful execution of complex projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the implementation of best practice project controls, planning, analytics, and reporting solutions.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure effective coordination and resource allocation.
  • Develop and maintain project controls systems, including Primavera, Project Online, and Microsoft Project.
  • Provide subject matter expertise in project controls, including risk management, cost control, and estimating.
  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations, including SOX controls.
  • Deliver project status reports to stakeholders, identifying key risks and opportunities for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project controls, with a focus on complex, multidiscipline projects.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire project teams.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Knowledge of project controls systems, including Primavera, Project Online, and Microsoft Project.
  • Experience with NEC contracts and the ability to advise on best-fit solutions.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on collaboration and communication.
Desirable:
  • Line management responsibilities, with the ability to inspire and motivate project teams.
  • Experience with bid or proposal preparation, writing, review, and assurance.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Passion for mentoring and developing project teams.
