Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Nursery Administrator, your duties will include:
- Assisting the Nursery manager with phone inquiries and message taking.
- Performing reception duties, including greeting parents and ensuring safety protocols are adhered to.
- Providing comprehensive email support.
- Managing the manager's calendar, including scheduling appointments and nursery tours.
- Handling incoming mail and deliveries.
- Conducting filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks.
