Deputy Shop Manager

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Team Leader to join our team at ExtraCare Charitable Trust. As a Deputy Shop Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and profit, managing a team of dedicated volunteers, and maintaining high visual standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Shop Manager to proactively drive sales and profit.
- Assist in the recruitment, management, and motivation of a team of dedicated volunteers.
- Sorting and processing stock, dealing with customers, maintaining high visual standards, and running the shop in the manager's absence.
Requirements:
- You will be a manager or supervisor with previous retail experience.
- A confident manager able to motivate and develop a team of volunteers.
- Hands-on and lead from the front, with creativity to come up with new ideas for generating donations.
- Energetic and enthusiastic personality, with a belief in teamwork.
- Although not essential, it would be desirable if you had previous experience working in the Charity sector.
