Job Description

About the Role

London Business School is seeking a Senior Manager, Global Experiences to join our Degree Education team. This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with a December start date.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of strategy for global experiential programs, ensuring alignment with departmental and School goals.
  • Lead the delivery of a portfolio of global programs, coordinating resources to ensure successful learning outcomes within budget and quality standards.
  • Oversee the production of program/course information, learning resources, and materials, ensuring high-quality and high-impact outputs.
  • Review and evaluate designated programs to ensure learning delivery remains at the forefront of business education.
  • Ensure students/participants have access to support and resources for effective learning experiences.
  • Provide support and guidance to faculty and colleagues, ensuring timely provision of information and resources for high-quality teaching.
  • Ensure direct reports understand the link between their role/contribution and the wider team/department purpose.

Requirements

  • Willingness to travel multiple times per year.
  • Successful experience managing staff.
  • Ability to manage multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of approaches to delivering world-class educational experiences, ideally at higher education level and with a focus on applied/experiential learning.
  • Understanding of managing multiple budgets.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage various audiences.
  • Significant project/programme management experience with advanced planning skills.
