At AIG, we're seeking a skilled Technical Finance Reporting Analyst to join our UK Collections Centre of Excellence team. As a trusted partner within our reporting and consolidations function, you'll oversee USD $8bn of GWP across 11 geographical clusters and 27 individual countries, representing the largest region outside of the U.S.
Key Responsibilities:- Collaborate with onshore and 3rd party collection partners across the UK and EMEA region to deliver accurate and timely month-end financial reporting.
- Develop and implement reporting enhancements to improve collection process efficiency and contribute to the delivery of our future operating model.
- Take technical ownership of AIG's live ledger reporting, ensuring seamless integration with internal consolidation tools.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings, build strong relationships with technical support and financial teams, and provide high-quality feedback to inform system upgrades.
- Assist in identifying opportunities for additional standardization within collections and provide ad-hoc support across various initiatives.
- Experience in a technical finance role within a Financial Services organization.
- Strong analytical and data-driven mindset, with excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think creatively.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact with diverse stakeholders.
- Comfortable handling large data volumes and proficient in traditional office software applications, with skills in Excel and familiarity with basic macros and VBA functionality.
