This is a full-time position, with flexible working arrangements to meet the needs of service users and the organisation. The successful candidate will be required to work weekends, evenings, and waking nights, as well as sleep-in duties.
Salary and BenefitsThe salary for this position is £11.44 per hour for weekdays, £11.44 per hour for weekday nights, £17.16 per hour for bank holidays, and £17.16 per hour for bank holiday nights. Sleep-in duties are paid at £35.00 per night.
Confidentiality and Data ProtectionAs a Support Worker, you will have access to confidential information about service users, staff, and organisational business. You must preserve confidentiality at all times, adhering to our Whistleblowing policy and Data Protection Act 1998.
Health and SafetyYou will be required to observe all responsibilities and carry out duties related to health and safety, in accordance with our policies and statutory requirements.
