Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and caring individual to join our team as a Part Time Morning Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing person-centred care to our clients, including medication assistance, home help, companionship, and personal care.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients with medication management
- Provide home help, including maintaining a tidy environment
- Offer companionship and engage clients in activities such as crafts and community outings
- Ensure clients maintain their personal hygiene
Requirements
- No prior experience required; thorough in-house induction and ongoing training will be provided
- Strong written and spoken English skills
- Availability of reliable transportation for home visits, outings, and errands
- Exceptional organisational skills and time management abilities
- Inherent caring and friendly nature, with the ability to build positive relationships with clients and their families
- Must be a UK resident with a full UK driving license and own transportation
- Must be 18+
