Job Summary:

Venn Group is seeking a highly skilled Property Acquisition Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for acquiring properties across the North for a charity seeking property for people on bail or released from prison under licence conditions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Viewing properties within a quick turnaround and as soon as they go out to market
  • Liaising with landlords and building relationships to secure properties
  • Time-sensitive, being reactive to secure properties and bringing them up to specification in line with the organization's criteria
  • Negotiating with landlords to bring properties up to adequate specification
  • Finalizing leases with landlords

Requirements:

  • Experience in Land/Property Acquisition, Property Development, Negotiation, Residential Property Purchasing/Sales, Planning, or Building Regulations
  • Good Problem-Solving and Communication skills
  • Ability to drive and willingness to undergo a Basic DBS check

About the Role:

This is a 4-week rolling contract with a rate of £26.60 per hour (Umbrella rate). The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring properties that meet the organization's criteria, building relationships with landlords, and negotiating leases.
