We are currently partnering with a leading tech-enabled consumer goods and food delivery platform. This business offers a wide range of products, including household essentials, medication, office supplies, groceries, and fresh prepared food.
As a Senior CRM Lead, you will be responsible for building awareness of the market of the retail network. You will need to develop a client acquisition and business development strategy based on existing and new customers.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop and implement a data-driven client acquisition and business development strategy
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including clients and vendors
- Manage online campaigns and understand the different products offered by the company
- Shape the ads product portfolio and opportunities based on market trends and vendor insights
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement sales strategies
**Requirements:**
- Graduate calibre with 5 years + of relevant retail media proposition building and client partnership experience
- Experience in managing online campaigns and understanding the different products offered by the company
- Essential experience in startup/scale-up environments, as the role will require building awareness of the market of the retail network
- A data-driven mindset, adept at creating and interpreting sales forecasts and conveying insights through data
- Experience working with consumer-packaged goods (CPG) vendors in the digital space is desirable
