Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £26,000 - £29,000 per annum

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 8am-5:30pm, Friday 9am-12:30pm

The Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Executive to join our team at Travail Employment Group - Burgess Hill. As an SEO Executive, you will be responsible for overseeing and enhancing organic and paid search initiatives for our clients. Your primary objective will be to create and implement keyword strategies, as well as report on, analyse, and continuously improve the digital performance of these projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the overall online performance of our company and its clients
  • Liaise with the Client Services team for briefs, metrics, and KPIs
  • Develop and implement SEO strategies tailored to client needs, including on-page optimisation and content creation
  • Conduct keyword research and analyse competitor SEO strategies
  • Assess site health and implement technical SEO fixes or coordinate with developers as needed
  • Assist with content calendars and inform the creation of new optimised content
  • Analyse SEO performance using tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, and SEMrush

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in SEO and digital marketing
  • Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
