We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service & Station Safety Associate. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth operation of our station, providing a welcoming environment for passengers, and maintaining a safe and secure facility.

Your Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service by assisting passengers with inquiries, directions, and general assistance.
  • Maintain a clean and organized station environment, adhering to all safety and security protocols.
  • Manage cash handling procedures and operate ticket machines accurately and efficiently.
  • Conduct regular security checks, ensuring the safety and well-being of passengers and staff.
  • Implement winter precautions as outlined in station arrangements.

Essential Skills & Qualities

  • A high level of professionalism and a positive attitude towards customer interactions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling clear and effective communication with passengers.
  • The ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, while maintaining integrity at all times.
