About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Growth Manager to join our team at 3Search. As an Ecommerce Growth Manager, you will be responsible for driving website optimisation to enhance customer experience and increase revenue.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitor and Analyse User Behaviour: Use GA4, heatmaps, and session recordings to identify conversion bottlenecks and areas for improvement.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Use data and analytics to identify trends, enhance performance, and report on core metrics.
  • Optimisation Roadmap: Support the rollout of the ecommerce development and CRO optimisation roadmap.
  • Website Management: Manage the website through Shopify, update products, content, and troubleshoot issues.
  • Trading and Campaign Calendar: Work with the Brand Manager to maintain a data-driven trading and campaign calendar.
Requirements
  • Ecommerce Experience: Proven ecommerce experience in a fast-paced digital environment.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency with the Shopify ecosystem and web analytics tools (GA4, Hotjar).
  • Data Analysis: Strong data analysis skills, capable of identifying key trends and insights.
  • UX and SEO: Solid understanding of UX principles and SEO best practices.
  • Communication and Organisation: Excellent communication, organisational skills, and a customer-first approach.
