About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager/Associate Director to join our dynamic Restructuring and Advisory team. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in managing a diverse portfolio of case work, including:

  • Assisting partners and directors in preparing and pitching for new assignments, offering innovative solutions to client issues.
  • Managing Restructuring and Advisory cases, applying technical knowledge effectively in resolving client problems and advancing projects.
  • Leading client relationships, identifying opportunities for new work, and contributing to the development of new products and services.
  • Mentoring team members to deliver excellent client service and fostering their professional development.
  • Taking responsibility for compliance, risk management, budgets, and billing to ensure timely and profitable service delivery.
Key Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager/Associate Director, you will be responsible for:

  • Preparing reports and recommendations for lenders and stakeholders, utilizing and interpreting Financial Models.
  • Understanding the market, identifying business opportunities, and maintaining a strong network of contacts.
  • Applying your technical expertise to resolve complex client problems and advance projects.
  • Leading multiple client relationships, balancing risks and commercial opportunities.
Qualifications and Experience

To thrive in this role, you should possess:

  • Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA) with over five years of post-qualification experience.
  • Experience in financial services restructuring, business reviews, winddown planning, and insolvency appointments.
  • CPI or JIEB qualification is mandatory.
  • Demonstrable ability to utilize and interpret Financial Models.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage small teams and report directly to lead partners or directors.
