We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mobile Maintenance Electrician to join our team at Randstad Construction & Property. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for performing routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in commercial properties.
Key Responsibilities- Electrical Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on electrical systems and equipment in commercial properties.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency call-outs and rectify faults efficiently.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and electrical standards.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of all work completed and provide reports as required.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with other maintenance team members to deliver a high standard of service.
- Qualifications: 18th Edition Wiring Regulations qualification and City and Guilds Level 3 or equivalent in Electrical Installation/Maintenance.
- Experience: Proven experience in a similar role, particularly within commercial property maintenance.
- Driving Licence: Full UK driving licence.
- Skills: Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently. Strong communication skills and a customer-focused approach.
