  • Rectify non-reactive, technical planned project works
  • Align planned preventative maintenance (PPM) services

This role encompasses project management of key capital projects, defect management, and technical support across the national estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead defect and project management efforts
  • Support strategic plans within the Estates and Facilities division

This role requires a hands-on approach in providing continuous technical support, including new builds, acquisitions, and reactive and planned works.

Requirements:
  • Experience in a similar property role
  • Experience in developing policies and procedures
  • Excellent understanding of building construction and mechanical and electrical installations
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property management, excellent technical knowledge, and excellent communication skills.
