Sales and Events Coordinator

Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales and Events Assistant to join our team at St David's Cardiff. As a key member of our sales and events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, developing and elevating the customer experience, and supporting our brand community during store changes.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service and respond to customer queries in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growth.
- Collaborate with management and brands to ensure seamless execution of sales and events initiatives.
- Monitor and manage the sales floor to maximize profitability and visual merchandising the space to ensure a commercial yet creative visual proposition.
- Support the planning and execution of small-scale store events and activations.
- Provide excellent communication and problem-solving skills to ensure effective collaboration with colleagues and stakeholders.
Requirements
- Strong sales background and knowledge of best practice in retail standards and customer service.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong problem-solving skills and excellent communication skills.
- Fluency in English and ability to communicate effectively at all levels.
- Experience in clienteling, community-building activities, and events.
- Experience in visual merchandising and display.
