Position Title:
Refrigeration Cabinet Maintenance Technician

Location:
Various locations across the region

Compensation:
£27,665.80 per annum, inclusive of company vehicle, pension plan, private healthcare, and 33 days of annual leave (including public holidays). Full-time position, requiring 45 hours of work per week, Monday through Friday.

Overview:
A remarkable opportunity has emerged within a prominent and expanding Facilities Management organization, recognized for its extensive multi-site clientele, including a significant national contract.

Role Objective:
To perform the cleaning and maintenance of refrigeration cabinets while adhering to company policies and procedures.

Primary Duties:
  • Upholding the company’s reputation by acting in a professional and capable manner at all times, fostering strong relationships with both colleagues and clients.
  • Executing scheduled cleaning tasks for refrigeration cabinets.
  • Coordinating with the Supervisor to ensure timely completion of cleaning assignments according to established specifications.
  • Adhering to applicable health and safety regulations, including compliance with management systems and procedures, ensuring all team members follow safe working practices on-site.
  • Maintaining the cleanliness and proper functioning of the company vehicle (if provided), ensuring it is serviced as necessary.
  • Following any other reasonable directives from management.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience in multi-site cleaning operations.
  • Background in retail environments is advantageous.
  • Candidates must possess a valid and full driving license.

The organization will conduct telephone interviews for this position and has adapted its onboarding process for the selected candidate, allowing for an immediate start.
