We are seeking an experienced Parts Advisor to join our team at Octane Recruitment. As a Parts Advisor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our parts department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and maintain accurate records of parts stock, including ordering and inventory control.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, both face-to-face and over the phone, to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Work closely with technicians and service advisors to ensure the right parts are delivered to customers in a timely manner.
  • Assist customers in selecting the correct parts for their vehicles.
  • Maintain and track inventory levels to prevent stockouts and overstocking.
  • Order supplies for the commercial dealership, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Meet sales targets and maintain customer retention through effective communication and problem-solving skills.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience as a Commercial Parts Advisor or similar role.

  • Excellent communication and computer skills, with the ability to work accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • UK driving license.
