CSE Engineer - Elevating Customer Solutions

Purpose

The CSE Engineer plays a vital role in bridging the gap between technical expertise and customer needs. You will be responsible for providing comprehensive support to our sales team, ensuring that KONE's products and services effectively address customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Collaborate with Salespersons to analyze customer technical needs and develop tailored proposals outlining how KONE's offerings can provide optimal solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for customers regarding technical inquiries. Participate in planning and specification meetings with contractors, architects, and owners.
    • Attend meetings and coordinate with project design teams, including developers, architects, main contractors, structural engineers, and consulting engineers.
  • Technical Sales Support:
    • Provide technical expertise and cost estimations to support the sales process.
    • Coordinate specifications and delivery timelines with Supply Chain, Sourcing, or local subcontractors.
    • Ensure proposed solutions comply with industry codes, regulations, and safety standards.
    • Maintain a thorough understanding of project costs and financial implications.
    • Offer comprehensive in-house engineering and technical guidance across the product and process range.
    • Conduct traffic analysis as required.
  • Technical Support During Delivery:
    • Oversee solution engineering and conduct technical site surveys.
    • Organize the order process and documentation, including drawing management and related documents.
    • Develop a project plan to ensure timely execution and adherence to schedule.
