This is an exceptional opportunity to work on a diverse range of insolvency cases, collaborating closely with the Insolvency Practitioner and contributing to the firm's business development activities.

The Role:

  • Manage a caseload of Creditors' Voluntary Liquidations, Members' Voluntary Liquidations, and administrations, from start to finish.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for your cases, ensuring partners are informed of any developments.
  • Provide training and guidance to less experienced colleagues.
  • Participate in the firm's business development initiatives.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in corporate insolvency cases.
