Job Title: Dispute Resolution Solicitor - Commercial Litigation Expert

We are seeking a qualified solicitor to join our dispute resolution team in Cheshire. The successful candidate will have a strong background in handling commercial and civil litigation cases.

Key Responsibilities:

* Manage a diverse caseload of dispute resolution matters
* Provide strategic and practical legal advice to clients
* Represent clients in negotiations, mediations, and court proceedings
* Draft and review legal documents related to dispute resolution
* Collaborate with other team members to develop case strategies
* Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant legal developments and regulations

Requirements:

* Qualified Solicitor in the UK
* Minimum of 4 years PQE in dispute resolution
* Proven track record in handling a broad range of disputes
* Strong negotiation and advocacy skills
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
