Precision Finishing Specialist

Day Shifts - Monday to Friday

PERMANENT POSITION

GI Pro is collaborating with a precision engineering firm in Coventry, actively seeking a proficient Precision Finishing Specialist to enhance their current workforce.

This position entails the meticulous deburring and finishing of components in accordance with engineering specifications, ensuring efficiency and accuracy to meet customer requirements.


Role Overview:

  • Interpretation of engineering drawings
  • Ensuring all components meet high-quality standards
  • Maintaining correct surface finishes
  • Utilizing a combination of hand and power tools
  • Removing sharp edges as necessary
  • Preparing components for inspection or customer delivery
  • Completing tasks within designated timeframes
  • Assembling jobs according to customer specifications
  • Producing accurately sized tapped holes
  • Clearing debris from finished holes
  • Avoiding broken taps during the process
  • Ensuring tapped holes are to the required depth

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Fully skilled in deburring techniques
  • Ability to work independently from engineering drawings

Package Includes:

  • Permanent employment
  • Day shifts from Monday to Friday
  • 40-hour work week
  • Annual salary potential of up to £31,200
  • Onsite parking available
