The Customer Account Manager is a pivotal role at Stapleton's, responsible for nurturing long-term relationships with our valued customers. As a key member of our sales team, you will be expected to hit set targets while delivering exceptional customer service. Your daily tasks will involve handling numerous calls, maximizing sales opportunities, and resolving any issues that may arise.

This role operates on a 40-hour week, Monday to Friday, with a hybrid working arrangement that includes working from home and based at our Middlesbrough sales offices. You will also be required to work one Saturday morning every four weeks as part of a rota pattern.

The basic salary for this role is between £25,000 to £32,000, depending on experience, plus performance-related bonuses. You will also enjoy a range of benefits, including:

About the Role

  • Handle incoming and make effective outgoing calls
  • Generate and increase sales among the customer base
  • Daily contact with key accounts to build relationships
  • Achieve set monthly targets
  • Account Management – Develop existing customer base
  • Credit Control duties
  • Undertake and maintain training as required
  • Manage Customers social media requirements
