Job Summary

We're looking for a talented Fundraising Operations and Data Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Fundraising team, you will be responsible for providing critical support to our fundraising efforts. This includes managing donor data, analyzing fundraising trends, and developing strategies to optimize our fundraising operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date donor records, ensuring seamless data analysis and reporting.
  • Analyze fundraising trends and develop data-driven strategies to optimize our fundraising operations.
  • Design and implement efficient workflows to streamline donor inquiries, gift processing, and other fundraising-related tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Fundraising team to develop and implement effective fundraising strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest fundraising software and technologies, and make recommendations for their implementation.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in fundraising operations, data analysis, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of managing donor data, analyzing fundraising trends, and developing data-driven strategies.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and develop actionable insights.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in fundraising software and technologies, with a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and systems.
