About the Role

Scout Recruiting LTD is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paid Media Executive to join our dynamic marketing team. As a Paid Media Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing, implementing, and optimizing high-performing paid advertising channels.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and optimize Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn paid campaigns to deliver strong return on investment (ROI).
  • Develop and maintain relationships with third-party paid lead generation channels, such as external paid agencies.
  • Design and implement pay-per-click (PPC) strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Manage PPC budgets to optimize ROI and ensure campaign efficiency.
  • Analyze campaign data to generate insightful reports and optimize campaigns for maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to create ad copy and creatives.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest PPC trends and best practices.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn management, with a clear understanding of paid advertising strategies and tactics.
  • Previous and demonstrable paid campaign management experience.
  • Demonstrable marketing knowledge and practical experience, including delivery of ROI against paid campaign targets.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive paid campaign optimization.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to condense complex ideas into clear insights and plans.
  • Excellent time management, organization, and prioritization skills.
  • A confident marketer who can quickly connect commercial objectives with marketing strategies to execute paid campaigns effectively.
  • Creative and collaborative mindset, with the ability to quickly generate and adapt ideas to serve both product/sales and marketing goals.
