We are seeking to hire a Real Estate Sales Consultant for our Chelsea Green Office at John D Wood & Co.

Position Overview:

  • Engaging with and registering prospective clients
  • Maintaining consistent communication with sellers and clients, documenting all interactions
  • Fostering enduring relationships with customers
  • Coordinating and conducting property viewings
  • Facilitating negotiations on offers
  • Possessing in-depth knowledge of the local property market
  • Spotting new business prospects
  • Meeting performance targets
  • Collaborating with various departments
