Project Scheduler for Mechanical and Electrical Services

Position Overview
We are eager to enhance our Mechanical and Electrical divisions in our Liverpool office to accommodate the increasing demands of our operations. To facilitate this expansion, we are in search of a skilled scheduler/planner who can effectively oversee all reactive and planned tasks, manage operational/client inquiries, and escalate matters when necessary to the Installation/Electrical Managers.
Your role will involve organizing and scheduling project teams, maintaining their documentation, and ensuring that installations are completed on time.
Key Qualifications:
- Demonstrable experience with scheduling systems
- Familiarity with Outlook calendars or similar scheduling tools
- Proficient in Excel for managing data
- Experience in coordinating schedules for multiple individuals, clients, and location visits
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to perform well under pressure and adapt quickly to changes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities
- A background in the hire industry would be beneficial
Please be aware that a full UK driving license is necessary for this role.
