We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd. As a key member of our People Team, you will be responsible for leading our HR functions and driving business growth through effective talent management, employee engagement, and performance optimization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the People Team in delivering HR services, including recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration.
- Develop and implement HR strategies to improve employee engagement, retention, and performance.
- Manage the headcount budget and ensure effective resource allocation.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to drive business objectives and achieve key performance indicators.
- Provide expert advice on employment law, policies, and procedures.
- Design and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
- Conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to employees.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary procedures.
Requirements:
