We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead our team at Appetite 4 Recruitment's client, a family-owned, high-end restaurant in a prime location. As a General Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, managing a team of staff, and driving sales to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Manage a team of staff, including front-of-house and back-of-house personnel
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including inventory management and staff scheduling
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth
  • Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service and quality food
  • Work closely with the restaurant's owners to achieve business objectives

**Requirements:**
