Job Title: Air Freight Coordinator

Our client, a leading provider in the Freight Forwarding and Transportation industry, is seeking an experienced Air Freight Coordinator to join their team in London Heathrow Office based in Slough.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Coordinate air freight activities, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of goods.
  2. Develop and maintain strong relationships with network partners and clients to arrange bookings and resolve issues.
  3. Ensure compliance with INCOTERMS and risk management procedures.
  4. Manage air import/export jobs, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed and approved.
  5. Process insurance claims and communicate with the claims department.
Requirements:
  1. Proven experience in Freight Forwarding, with a minimum of 3 years' experience.
  2. Knowledge of Import/Export multimodal business and air freight sales and products.
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with proficiency in Microsoft packages, especially MS Excel.
  4. Good understanding of logistics processes and procedures.
Company Benefits:

Death in Service equal to three times your annual salary after passing probation, company pension contributions increasing to 9% following one year of service, Private Medical Scheme after 1 year's service, and employee discounts & perks.

This is a full-time office-based role working Monday to Friday 8am-5pm. Salary range is £25,000 - £30,000 per annum depending on experience.
