SHI International Corp. is seeking a highly motivated and experienced International Strategic Account Manager to join our team in the UK and work from our Milton Keynes-based EMEA HQ.

Job Summary:

As an International Strategic Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing both existing and new customers within the UK Commercial sector by building strong relationships and introducing SHI's unique value propositions to grow share of wallet.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly targets and KPIs as set by the business.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the designated business area.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to increase lines of business within their accounts.
  • Follow up with leads and potential business opportunities.
  • Complete customer IT profiles in CRM on a daily basis.
  • Meet all KPIs as set by the business on a quarterly basis, including any training and development courses as determined for your role.
  • Understand daily business needs and lead transformational project-based work.
  • Develop business relationships with customers that are built on trust and support, and sell IT solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 3 years of sales experience in a similar sales role.
  • Commitment, attitude, and sales discipline.
  • Ability to build rapport with potential customers and utilize internal resources to build your business.
  • Phone communication and cold calling skills.
  • Industry-recognized sales qualifications or certifications, such as HPE Hybrid IT 2019 Sales Certification, VMWare Certified Professional, Azure Fundamentals, or AWS Professional.

Working Hours:

Business working hours are Monday to Friday, 09:00 to 17:00, with a 30-minute lunch break. However, due to the nature of the role, working outside of these hours to service business needs may occur occasionally, and employees are expected to be readily available in these eventualities.
