Job Role:

We are seeking an experienced Quantity Surveyor to manage the financial aspects of our major infrastructure projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a significant energy infrastructure project.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee and manage all costs related to building and civil engineering projects, ensuring they are within the projected budget.
  2. Provide financial and commercial advice to the project team, supporting cost-effective decision-making and project success.
  3. Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle, proactively addressing potential issues.
  4. Identify, analyze, and develop responses to commercial risks, protecting the project's financial integrity.
  5. Handle subcontractor procurement, payments, and final accounts, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and company standards.

Requirements:

  1. Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor or Senior Quantity Surveyor on major infrastructure projects.
  2. Previous experience working in Major Projects.
  3. Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  4. Relevant degree or professional qualification in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
