Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Mortgage Administrator to join our dynamic Mortgage Administration Team. As a Senior Mortgage Administrator, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the mortgage process, ensuring a smooth and efficient experience from reservation to moving in.

Key Responsibilities
  • Liaise with housebuilders, solicitors, and lenders to ensure a seamless process
  • Manage a pipeline of 40-60 customers, providing exceptional customer service and maintaining top-notch relationships
  • Deliver service that exceeds expectations, ensuring customers are satisfied with their mortgage experience
  • Work closely with the team to ensure all customers receive a high level of service
