We are seeking a dedicated Senior Mortgage Progressor to join our dynamic Mortgage Administration Team. This position offers a genuine opportunity for career advancement in Financial Services. While comprehensive training will be provided, we are looking for individuals who excel in customer service and possess strong administrative skills.
Your Responsibilities:
As a Senior Mortgage Progressor, you will play a crucial role in assisting our clients in achieving their dream homes. You will manage the process from reservation to moving in, typically within a 6-week timeframe. Expect to handle a portfolio of 40-60 clients, coordinating with housebuilders, solicitors, and lenders to ensure smooth transactions. Your role will involve maintaining excellent relationships and delivering outstanding service.
