Job Title: Systems Engineering Consultant

Gregory-Martin International is seeking a highly skilled Systems Engineering Consultant to join our team. As a key member of our consultancy, you will be responsible for delivering systems engineering services to government and industry clients.

About the Role

This is a hybrid role, working on client sites as required, home and office based. You will be working on a variety of projects, including systems design, development, and integration, as well as business decision making and policy development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and apply systems engineering methods, tools, and artefacts
  • Build and maintain client and stakeholder relationships
  • Author technical reports and present to customers
  • Requirements elicitation and derivation
  • Enterprise and System Architecting
  • Verification and Validation/Test and Evaluation
  • System Integration
  • Technology and Capability Roadmapping
  • Capability/Effects-based Engineering
  • Option Analysis/Solution trade-off studies
  • Risk management and analysis
  • Workshop design and facilitation
Requirements

We are looking for a candidate with a degree in Electronics, Systems Engineering, Maths, Physics, or a technical subject, or equivalent relevant experience. You should have the ability to use and apply both soft and hard systems engineering techniques to support system design/development, business decision making, policy development, and/or research.
