Job Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Distribution Shift Manager to join our team at The ONE Group Ltd.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading employer in the region, who are undergoing a significant transformation project and building a brand-new site.

As a Shift Manager, you will be responsible for supervising staff and processes within a fast-paced DC environment, ensuring seamless execution of inbound, outbound, picking, and packing operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and motivating a team of warehouse staff to achieve high productivity and quality standards
  • Coordinating and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve operational issues and drive business growth
  • Managing data and ERP/WMS systems to optimize inventory management and supply chain operations

Requirements:
