We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Care Assistant to join our team at Woodhill House Residential Care Home in Morecambe. As a key member of our care team, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

About the Role

This is a permanent, part-time position, working 21 hours per week. The successful candidate will be required to work a variety of shifts, including Tuesdays, Fridays, Saturdays, Sundays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. We offer a competitive salary of £23,152 per annum, pro rata, and a comprehensive induction programme to support your development.
