Paediatric Nurse Manager Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paediatric Nurse Manager to join our team at Leaders in Care. As a Paediatric Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and support to children and their families in the Eastbourne area.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver tailored care plans that meet the unique needs of each child
  • Effectively manage the multidisciplinary team through strong communication and teamwork
  • Provide ongoing monitoring, support, and assessment of clients' physical and physiological needs
  • Deliver nursing interventions, including the management of tracheostomy care and ventilators
Requirements:
  • RSCN with a minimum of 6 months' experience in the UK and an active NMC PIN
  • Supportive management style that brings out the best in others
  • Up-to-date experience of tracheostomy care and ventilators within the last 2 years
  • Advanced communication skills, both verbally and in writing
  • Full UK driving licence essential
