POSITION PURPOSE:
We are seeking enthusiastic, customer-oriented individuals to join us as Engineering Operations Managers. In this role, you will lead a team of engineering technicians, emphasizing safety through training, development, and coaching.
Your primary responsibility will be to ensure high equipment availability by overseeing preventative maintenance and adherence to internal protocols.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Guide, support, and mentor your team, ensuring safe and efficient operations.
- Collaborate with the team and broader network to leverage technical expertise and develop effective solutions.
- Assist the Reliability Engineering Manager in working with the Site Safety department and Site Leadership to implement and audit safety compliance programs.
- Establish network standards and prioritize preventative maintenance to maintain high equipment availability for internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adequate technical coverage during shifts by organizing and directing team training initiatives.
- Manage local projects or support EU-level initiatives as directed by management.
- Be prepared to work shifts to maintain close engagement with the team and daily operations.
