We are seeking a skilled Lettings Negotiator to join our team at Kings Permanent Recruitment for Estate Agents & Financial Services Professionals.
Key Responsibilities:- Client Communication: Respond to client inquiries, provide property information, and facilitate viewings.
- Property Listings: Accurately list properties on property portals, manage property details, and ensure timely updates.
- Tenant Management: Register applicants, match them with suitable properties, and coordinate referencing through Goodlord.
- Viewings and Inspections: Conduct viewings, provide property information, and ensure a smooth transaction process.
- Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, prepare property details, and perform other administrative duties as required.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year of experience in lettings or a related field.
- Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, attention to detail, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Relevant qualifications or experience in lettings or a related field.
- Competitive Salary: £23,000 - £25,000 dependent on age and experience.
- Commission: 5% for lettings and 5% for take-ons.
- Training and Development: Opportunities for professional growth and development in the lettings industry.
