The Opportunity

As a key member of our management team at Crowne Plaza Manchester Airport, you will be responsible for leading a talented team of hospitality experts in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences to our guests.

Key responsibilities will include overseeing the restaurant, bar, in-room dining, conferencing, and events at the hotel. You will be instrumental in driving revenue growth, managing the F&B budget with accurate forecasting, and managing the labour payroll.

Ideal Candidate

  • You will be passionate about hospitality and have at least 12 months management experience of working within a busy food and beverage environment.
  • You will have an authentic and passionate approach, the ability to create a positive culture within the team, and drive and motivate teams with the ability to recognise and develop future stars.
  • Strong communication skills are essential.
