About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Laser Setter/Operator to join our team at SolviT Recruitment LTD. As a key member of our fabrication department, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining our CNC laser machines.

Key Responsibilities
  • Setting up and operating CNC laser machines to cut sheet metal components
  • Troubleshooting and performing basic maintenance on the machines
  • Working independently with minimal supervision
  • Meeting production targets and deadlines
Requirements
  • Proven experience working with CNC lasers
  • Ability to confidently set up, operate, and maintain the machines
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
What We Offer
  • A competitive hourly rate of £15.50
  • 37.5 hours paid per week
