Behaviour Teaching Assistant

Are you passionate about supporting students with challenging behaviours?

GSL Education is actively collaborating with various educational institutions in Farnborough to address their staffing requirements. Our primary goal is to enhance the quality of education and foster the development of students. We aim to provide essential support to students within specialized provisions, facilitating their transition back to mainstream education.

The ideal candidate for this position will demonstrate resilience, commitment, and a positive outlook towards improving the educational experiences of their students. This role involves assisting both educators and learners, ensuring that students remain engaged in their academic pursuits.

Key Qualifications for Success:

  • Comfortable in settings with challenging behaviours
  • A genuine passion for working with students with additional needs
  • Availability for 5 days a week

Preferred Experience:

  • Experience in SEMH / PRU environments
  • Background in Youth Work
  • Service in Police or Military
  • Roles as Sports Coaches or Mentors
  • Graduates in fields such as Sport, Psychology, Drama, and Counselling

To collaborate with GSL Education as a Behaviour Support Assistant, candidates should:

  • Have the legal right to work in the UK.
  • Provide an updated CV with two relevant references from the past 2 years.
  • Hold a DBS registered with the update service or be willing to apply for one through GSL Education.
