Job Summary

We are seeking a Reablement Support Worker to join our team in the Chester area. As a Reablement Support Worker, you will be supporting individuals in their own homes to assist them in reaching their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage a variety of aspects of daily living skills, including personal and intimate care, to support service users in becoming independent in their home.
  • Set clear and achievable goals to help people rebuild their former independence and confidence to sustain independent living at home and in their communities.
  • Build confidence to sustain independent living at home and in their communities.
  • Possible medication management and supporting meal preparations.

Requirements

  • Able to drive and have access to a car.
  • No previous experience in a care setting is necessary, as full training is provided throughout your career.
