Nurse Practitioner

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our team at a leading healthcare provider in the West Sussex area. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality care to patients across a range of service lines, including low secure, PICU, locked rehabilitation, and acute.
To be considered for this position, you must be qualified as a Registered Nurse with a current active NMC Pin. As a Nurse, your key duties will include:
- Providing a high standard of care to people with mental illness and personality disorder
- Developing therapeutic relationships to optimise patient engagement
- Following all codes of conduct, standards, and legislation, respecting the rights of others, and promoting ethical practice
- Contributing to patient assessments, compiling a plan of care alongside the individual, and monitoring patient progress
The following skills and experience would be beneficial for the role:
- Good understanding of the Mental Health Act
- Experience within a secure setting desirable
- Proven assessment and care planning experience
- Excellent organisation and communication skills
- Flexibility to work across the services within our site
The successful Nurse will receive an excellent annual salary of £34,900 - £37,227 per annum. We currently have vacancies for both days and night shifts available. In return for your hard work and commitment, you will receive the following generous benefits:
