We are seeking an enthusiastic HR Administrative Coordinator to become a part of our dedicated team. As a member of the Northern Human Resources division, you will be instrumental in managing a variety of administrative HR tasks across multiple Trust locations. This role presents an excellent opportunity to engage with our expanding Trust and make a meaningful contribution to our mission.
In your role within our committed Human Resources service, your key responsibilities will encompass:
- performing routine administrative tasks
- entering data into various computer systems
- supporting vetting processes for new employees
- organizing and maintaining HR filing systems
- compiling data related to recruitment and equality
To excel in this position, you should possess either relevant experience or a strong interest in Human Resources, along with exceptional administrative and communication abilities. Precision and attention to detail are essential for achieving success in this role.
